HQ Course Description: Have you ever had an inkling or even a seedling - or an iddy biddy baby idea for a story, but couldn't get it going? You just might need water and some guidance to help you make it grow. In this course (you supply the water and we the guidance) you'll craft the building blocks of an original movie or TV show about the origin of a brand new superhero that YOU create! Here is a chance of working as an inspired group interacting with one another to create a comfortable online (close to in person) experience, which many of us may be missing right now.
The superhero can be your local hero who saves us from the pandemic or the person who makes sure Earth and that Meteorite don't collide. It can be more based in our community or other worldly - thought provoking or silly and out there. We will look at examples from classic superhero movies, along with recognizing the heroes in our own life and how they might influence our brand new heroes. Come mix the love of your favorite shows and movies with your passion for writing, and let’s write a story that can be adapted into a screenplay or a short movie!
